In 1936, pro-Nazi Americans formed an organization called the German American Bund. They held rallies and demonstrations supporting Hitler and the Nazi Party. On February 20, 1939, 22,000 members showed up at Madison Square Garden surrounded by Nazi imagery and speeches filled with Nazi propaganda.  It was labeled “the day the Nazis took New York.”

On March 25, the United States abstained from voting for a UN Resolution demanding “an immediate cease-fire for the month of Ramadan respected by all parties leading to a permanent sustainable cease-fire.”  Although mentioned in the resolution was the demand for the unconditional and immediate release of all hostages, it does not make its ceasefire demand conditional on the freedom of the over 100 hostages held by Hamas. Nowhere in the resolution is Hamas condemned for its murder, rapes, and atrocities. Similar resolutions had been submitted, but America vetoed them each time. So what happened this time? President Obama entered the scene.

When Osama Bin Laden met his maker, the world breathed a sigh of relief. The threat from Al Qaeda was never extinguished until he was gone. Al Qaeda was responsible for bombing the World Trade Center on February 26, 1993.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has never been a friend of Israel. Her blood libel about “genocide” against the Jewish State puts her squarely in the Jew-hating camp. She needs a refresher course on the Bible. “I will bless those who bless you, and him who curses you I will curse” - so G-d says. The Evangelical Christians know this better than any group. I doubt AOC has ever even heard this phrase before. It is a shame that she was educated by a self-hating Jew, Senator Bernie Sanders. I missed my chance at educating her when she was not yet in politics and attended the wedding of dear friends of mine. Had I known she was interested in politics, I would have done my utmost to influence her views on the Jews and Israel.

The vicious systematic slaughter on October 7 of innocent men, women, and children points out the glaring lack of understanding the West has for the East (Middle East). Although most people were horrified by the atrocities, the Hamas propaganda machine was at work almost immediately. The lies and misinformation campaign was in full gear by October 8 and has not stopped for a moment since.

There is a basic law in physics that every action has an opposite and equal reaction. I don’t think that Senator Chuck Schumer was a standout in physics. His critique of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu created a firestorm that’s still going strong. I don’t think he anticipated the degree and level of the reaction.
