On Sunday, April 7, hundreds of men of all ages and backgrounds attended Agra D’Pirka’s Nissan pre-Pesach learning programs held in Flatbush, Monsey, and Queens, for its first-ever evening Yarchei Kallah. Joining the Flatbush participants in Knesses Bais Avigdor, from afar, were over 6000 online viewers from locales across the U.S. and as far away as Israel, Argentina, Australia, Canada, Chile, Italy, Mexico, Panama, South Africa, Spain, and the UK.

On Friday, April 5, the Yeshiva of Central Queens students in grades five through eight and faculty headed to the gym to watch the rebbeim play the student team members of the YCQ Varsity Basketball Team in the annual Rebbe-Talmid Game. The rebbeim and the students played in a four-quarter basketball game. The players were excited to play, and the students were so excited to watch the long-awaited game.

At their 23rd Annual Dinner, Bnos Malka Academy will honor David and Rivka Mierov as Grandparents of the Year. Executive Director Michael Salzbank remarked, “It is a privilege to recognize such an outstanding couple. I have know them for 12 years and they are remarkable in their chesed and drive to strengthen the community.”
