Question: May a mikvah contain warm water?

Short Answer: Yes, one may add warm tap water to our mikvaos, which are built by halachic mechanisms that permit tap water.

Question: When remodeling an old mikvah, may a community destroy the old mikvah before building a new mikvah?

Question: Should observant Jews strive to build mikvaos in non-observant communities? Should a mikvah (run by observant Jews) allow non-observant Jews to use the mikvah for conversions?

Question: Must elderly people (who do not regularly use a mikvah) donate to the building of a community mikvah?

Short Answer: Yes, all members, old and young, are obligated to donate to the building of a community mikvah.

Question: May women insist that the sole community mikvah be used only for women at night, and that men not use the mikvah during the day?
