The Aseres Y’mei T’shuvah at MTA were filled with meaningful opportunities for talmidim to learn, reflect, and prepare for Yom Kippur. Alongside a renewed commitment to talmud Torah in every shiur and throughout the yeshivah, special programs throughout the week brought the themes of these important days to life.

The week included an uplifting yom iyun featuring Rabbi Mordechai Willig and Rabbi Josh Blass, who shared words of Torah and inspiration with talmidim as they prepared for the holiest day of the year.

MTA also hosted Mishmar Madness, an exciting evening of Torah, food, and ruach. After enjoying dinner from Dougie’s, talmidim participated in round-robin shiurim, giving them the opportunity to learn from several different rebbeim. The evening concluded with a spirited tish led by Rabbi Moshe Auslander, bringing everyone together through Torah, singing, and shared inspiration.

The special programming continued with the Bergenfield Shabbos Shuvah Shabbaton, where talmidim spent Shabbos together immersed in t’filah, learning, and achdus. The weekend also included a special pickleball tournament, combining friendly competition with the opportunity to support a meaningful cause.

Together, these experiences helped make the Aseres Y’mei T’shuvah at MTA a time of genuine growth and preparation, as talmidim strengthened their connections to Torah, their rebbeim, one another, and the significance of the Yamim Nora’im.
