Chazaq hosted a highly successful event at the Beth Gavriel Center on April 18. The event, generously sponsored by Michael and Frieda Babaev family, featured Rabbi Tomer Zino of the Beth Gavriel Netz minyan, renowned author and lecturer Rabbi Paysach Krohn, and Chazaq Director Rabbi Ilan Meirov.

The event was centered around the meaningful topic on making the days of the Sefira count.

The event drew a packed audience, with members of the Jewish community coming from near and far to be a part of this special occasion. The energy in the room was palpable as Rabbi Tomer Zino, known for his dynamic and engaging style, captivated the audience with his insightful teachings on the Sefirat HaOmer. Rabbi Paysach Krohn had the audience reflecting with his heartwarming anecdotes and pearls of wisdom on the importance of utilizing our time wisely. Rabbi Ilan Meirov delivered a moving speech that resonated with everyone in attendance, inspiring them to live with purpose and meaning.

As a special tribute to the yahrzeit of Luba bat Mazal, attendees said brachot while enjoying a delicious spread of Chinese food, sushi, and refreshments, sponsored by the Babaev family. Rabbi Emanuel Shimunov of Beth Gavriel also shared words of inspiration with the audience. The atmosphere was one of warmth and togetherness, as people came together to honor the memory of a cherished individual.
