This lemon cilantro salmon is made of super-simple ingredients but packs so much flavor! It’s my family’s go to starter for special holidays meals. My favorite way to eat it is with creamy tahini!
- 1 lb. salmon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- lemon slices
- Place the fish in an oven proof dish (optional: line with parchment paper). Mix the sauce ingredients and pour over the fish.
- Bake on 450 degrees for 18-20 minutes until the salmon is cooked through. Place under the broiler for an additional 2 minutes to give the fish a golden crust.
