The third-grade girls’ Purim Play was a success! Lower school students, teachers, and parents had the chance to watch the story of King Achashveirosh, Queen Esther, and Mordechai. The girls did a wonderful job!

Yeshiva Tiferes Moshe recently celebrated the completion of the V’Shinantam L’Vanecha chazarah program organized for the seventh and eighth grades. Sixty Junior High talmidim reviewed and memorized the shakla v’tarya of several blatt Gemara learned throughout the year. The boys have been earning tickets for each half an amud completed, that are redeemable at “The Store” for delicious treats. The project concluded this past week with an exhilarating trip to the Poconos for a day of snowtubing at Camelback Resort.

At the conclusion of a Junior High assembly on Thursday afternoon, students were genuinely shocked as Rabbi Landsman suddenly proclaimed breakout for CW (Color War) 5784. The students loudly cheered as the teams Tzafon/Bitachon (Green) vs. Darom/Emunah (Orange) and their respective leaders were announced.

Recently, the New York City Championship for the FIRST Tech Challenge robotics competition was held. After a long season of dedication and hard work, MTA Lionotics showed up with their best robot yet. It boasted custom 3D-printed parts, laser cut parts, and a precisely designed aluminum body, as well as an array of different types of motors, servos, and sensors. Critical screws were tightened one last time, wiring was strapped into place, software was finalized, and we were ready for an intense day of completion.
