On Thanksgiving morning, MTA talmidim woke up for a day off from yeshivah. However, it was certainly not a day off from serious learning. MTA rebbeim gave shiurim on Thanksgiving morning in many of the communities in which talmidim reside. From West Hempstead to Monsey, Brooklyn to Bergenfield, and several more, MTA talmidim and parents were able to enjoy a morning of Torah and t’filah together to start off their day off on the right foot.

With Chodesh Kislev upon us, Rabbi Pollak’s fourth grade class at Yeshiva Tiferes Moshe looked back on their accomplishments thus far. The talmidim have completed two p’rakim of mishnayos B’rachos and have nearly completed Parshas Sh’mos.

On Tuesday, November 29, the Yeshiva of Central Queens welcomed Moshe Cohen, LCSW, to YCQ. He presented information to our Grade 7 and 8 students on responsible technology use.

The annual Stella K. Abraham High School for Girls Israel alumni reunion is one of the most highly anticipated events of the year.

The Grade 6 girls of the Yeshiva of Central Queens (YCQ) learned and celebrated together with faculty and family at a wonderful Bas Mitzvah Workshop held on Wednesday night, November 17. Thank you, Morah Leemor Abraham, for leading the event, and thank you to all the attendees who made this evening lively and meaningful.
