He shared that “the biggest brachah in the world is to realize how much Hashem loves us and how much we love Him.”

On Sunday evening, April 30, Let’s Get Real With Coach Menachem featured a virtual shiur with Rabbi Joey Rosenfeld, LCSW, who has a private practice and sees patients with anxiety and addiction.

Coach Menachem Bernfeld, Life Coach and Founder of Let’s Get Real With Coach Menachem, introduced the program by speaking about the importance of being aware of your feelings. Some people try to escape their feelings, he noted.

On Thursday evening, April 27, Congregation Etz Chaim hosted a virtual lecture on head and neck cancer basics with Dr. Baoqing Li, Clinical Director of Radiology Oncology at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens Hospital. Dr. Li shared that the most common site for head and neck cancer is the skin on the cheeks, lips, or chin.

On Monday night, May 8, the Bukharian Jewish Congregation of Briarwood, along with Chazaq, hosted a magnificent Lag BaOmer celebration, complete with a roaring bonfire, a sumptuous s’udah, and a special guest speaker from Eretz Yisrael, Rabbi Lazer Brody.
