Donation of $100,000 funds critical protective equipment for volunteers

World-renowned boxing champion Floyd Mayweather visited United Hatzalah headquarters in Jerusalem last Tuesday afternoon, marking his second visit this year. Mayweather came with close friends and business partners, Jona Rechnitz and Avi Hiaeve, just a few days after donating $100,000 to the organization to fund protective equipment for volunteers.

 A FOIA request revealed by Ari Hofman, a Seattle-based radio host, shows that during the Fall of 2020, New York City officials only targeted Jewish schools with citations and inspections. The results showed a myriad of Jewish schools, with no non-Jewish, private, or charter schools listed on the returned results of the requests. These results match the rhetoric that was being spoken at the time of then-Governor Andrew Cuomo and then-Mayor Bill DeBlasio. The revelation of these documents could lead to discriminations lawsuits by these schools against the city.  

People do not realize that OCD is a serious disorder and that serious cases of OCD can lead to suicide. Last year, a man came into my office and said he had a psychological problem which I would not understand.

Recap: Aliza is still upset that her mother can’t attend her dance performance. Her mother tells the kids that she’s taking them on a special trip to a beautiful place with cabins. They travel there and then she receives an emergency phone call. She has to go, but she says she’ll be back as soon as she can.
