This year, HANC’s seventh grade orientation was divided into four components. Rabbi Hecht spoke about the daily schedule and what the students can expect on the first day. He also spoke to the students about the expectations of a HANC Middle School student in general.
Rabbi Dworetsky, Mrs. Morey and Mrs. Steiner ran an ice-breaker activity. In the third session, Ms. Fredman gave each student a Chromebook and gave a session on digital citizenship.
Orientation concluded with a delicious pizza dinner. This was a wonderful opportunity for students to meet new friends and reconnect with old friends.
