Chazaq recently completed what turned out to be a historic Charidy campaign for the organization. This year marked Chazaq’s largest campaign to date, surpassing its goal of $2.4 million with the support of over 4,000 generous donors – in only 36 hours!

The “Chaizaq” campaign, a play on the word “chai,” meaning 18, commemorated Chazaq’s 18th year of service and commitment to empowering individuals and strengthening communities. With the theme of Chaizaq, the campaign celebrated the organization’s remarkable journey and impact over nearly two decades.

The campaign, which had a vibrant campaign headquarters at the Young Israel of Kew Gardens Hills, was bustling with activity from morning until night. Volunteers poured in, dedicating their time and energy to support the cause, while music filled the air, creating an atmosphere of excitement and camaraderie. Attendees enjoyed delicious food, participated in raffles, and joined together in celebration of Chazaq’s impactful work.

Another standout feature of the campaign was the release of an awe-inspiring campaign video created by Director of Media Natan Behar. The video showcased Chazaq’s journey and accomplishments over the last 18 years, from the lectures inspiring Jews around the globe to the public school outreach programs that touch the lives of thousands, leaving viewers inspired and moved by the organization’s transformative impact.

The success of the Chaizaq campaign not only underscores the generosity and commitment of Chazaq’s supporters, but also highlights the vital role that the organization plays in the lives of individuals and families within the community. Through its diverse array of educational and outreach programs, Chazaq continues to make a profound difference, empowering individuals to reach their full potential and fostering a sense of unity and connection within the community.
