YSZ Elementary School’s annual pre-Chanukah Father-Son event provided a meaningful opportunity for families to connect through Torah, t’filah, and shared experience.
The morning opened with t’filah led by the school’s chazan, Rabbi Meir Cohen, followed by inspiring chazanus performed by the students. Families enjoyed a buffet breakfast before hearing words of chizuk from guest speaker Rav Gav Friedman, visiting from Eretz Yisrael.
The program concluded with a Kahoot game and raffle, leaving participants uplifted and energized as the community prepared for Chanukah.
