Bikur Cholim of Queens (BCQ) announced the official relocation of its hospital room at New York-Presbyterian Queens to its beautiful new home in Room S127 (main floor).

To mark this milestone, an intimate l’chayim was recently held to celebrate the expansion of services and the incredible support of the hospital leadership and dedicated volunteers. This new, refreshed space will allow BCQ to better serve families with the comfort, snacks, and support they need during their stay. The organization looks forward to continuing its mission of chesed from this wonderful new home base.

This move was truly a communal effort, and special hakaras ha’tov is extended to the leadership at New York-Presbyterian Queens, Mercedes Reyes, Rabbi Yossi Mendelson, Mrs. Shari Vatch, Mrs. Raquel Brody, Mrs. Esther Rosenkranz, Nosson Reichmann, Ari Elbogen, Duvie Rowe, and Queens Hatzalah for their invaluable roles in making this room a reality.

The room remains a vital “home away from home,” fully stocked thanks to the incredible generosity of local sponsors, including Wasserman Supermarket, Aron’s Kissena Farms, Seasons, A-Z Supermarket, Haim International, Main Street Bagels, Naomi’s Pizza, Meal Mart, Satmar Bikur Cholim, and others.
