For the fifth straight Chanukah, the Chazaq Organization hosted a toy drive for ill children at Maimonides Hospital in Brooklyn.
“Chanukah is a time where families get together to celebrate the Festival of Lights, but unfortunately some are unable to do so due to an unfortunate illness in the family” said a toy drive sponsor. “So we proudly assist Chazaq in getting hundreds of toys to hand out absolutely free. The simchah the recipients have is truly priceless.”
Rabbi Azarya Pinchasov has been running the initiative since its start, and this year Chazaq once again teamed up with Queens Borough Safety Patrol (Shmira) to assist and make this wonderful event an even greater success.
